Thogapola.lk Shipping and Delivery Policy (Sri Lanka Only)

This policy covers deliveries throughout Sri Lanka. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Fast Fulfillment: We work hard to dispatch your wholesale orders as quickly as possible.

  • Special Promotions: Please note that during high-volume sales or special promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.

2. Shipping Addresses and Delivery Area

  • Island-wide Delivery: We deliver to all valid physical addresses within Sri Lanka.

  • Requirements: A complete and accurate postal address is required for all orders, including the postcode.

  • Exclusions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases (Sri Lanka Armed Forces bases).

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeline

  • Cost Calculator: You can view the final delivery charges for your wholesale order by using the cost calculator directly on the checkout form before you finalize your purchase. Charges depend on your location and the total weight/volume of the order.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery time is estimated at 3 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch (not the order date).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: We will provide you with a unique tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

  • Logistics: For large wholesale orders or for logistical reasons, your items may be split into multiple packages and shipped separately, even if you specified combined shipping at checkout. You may receive separate tracking updates for each package.

5. Important Limitations and Customer Responsibility

  • Accurate Information: The delivery timeline is an estimate. Thogapola.lk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by invalid addresses provided by the customer or other unforeseen circumstances.
